Returns & Refunds policy

At Mind Max AI Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and a valuable learning experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Courses/Programs:
- A full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or used.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Workshops & Events:
- Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance or last-minute cancellations.
Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, templates, toolkits):
- All digital product purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
Any transaction fees or processing charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
